Computing and E-Safety

Computing at Iver Heath Infant and Nursery School is not only part of the curriculum but an important tool in delivering exciting and interactive lessons.

We are committed to teaching the children about E-safety and have a dedicated E-Safety action plan. The children are reminded of our 'Computing Code of Conduct' when using technology in school and every class has the code displayed clearly.

All children are given a copy of our 'Computing Code of Conduct' to discuss and sign with their parents/carers. This is written in language that the children can understand. Please click here to see a copy.

Discovery Education

A wonderful resource for all curriculum subjects. Our school has bought a subscription for the children to use in school and at home. Please see the sticker in their reading record for details. Please see Mrs Rowntree if you need a reminder.

Purple Mash

We have also purchased a subscription for Purple Mash. There are lots of games for all the curriculum subjects. Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 have their own individual login. This can be found in their reading record. Children in our Nursery will have access to Purple Mash at school.
